Who is Torsten?
Torsten is the founder of Torsten Merchandise and a 22-year-old Melodic Hard Techno DJ and producer from the Netherlands, known for his unique blend of melodic depth and high-energy intensity.
His musical journey began at the age of 12, producing R&B and Hip-Hop beats in his bedroom. He became active in the Hip-Hop scene for several years, but over time, it no longer felt like the right fit. Searching for a sound that matched his creative drive, he transitioned into producing hardstyle—an influence you can still hear echoing through his current tracks. In 2022, he made the full switch to Hard Techno, bringing with him the melodic edge and emotional layering that now define his sound.
In 2023, Torsten began developing his own line of merchandise—not as a trend, but as a natural extension of his creative identity. He wanted to design pieces that visually captured the same raw energy and individuality that fuel his music. After a full year of refining the concept, focusing on quality, design, and artistic integrity, he launched his first collection in 2024.
The brand stands for everything Torsten believes in: creativity, uniqueness, boldness, and self-expression. Seeing people not only recognize the designs but wear them proudly—and connect with what they represent—has been the driving force behind continuing the project beyond the first drop.
