Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return your item(s) under the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alterations will not be accepted.
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of items that appear to have been used.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via the contact form on our website within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include the following in your message:
    your full name
    order number
    reason for return.
  3. We will respond with a return confirmation and detailed return instructions.

Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • The return must be shipped to the address provided in the return instructions.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please:
  • Return the original item as per the instructions above.
  • Place a new order for the desired item through our website.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us via the contact form within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs in such cases and offer a replacement (if in stock) or a full refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Double-check your bank or payment account.
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us via the contact form.

8. Additional Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.
  • By placing an order on our website, you agree to our return terms.
